“Future Chassis – Optimized in Kinematics, Dynamics & Emissions” – this was the motto under which TRE and IAV presented themselves jointly at chassis.tech plus in Munich
The 14th International Chassis Symposium, chassis.tech plus, took place on 20. and June 21, 2023 at the Hotel Bayrischen Hof in Munich. Numerous national and international experts came together for this unique, industry-wide exchange of experience and transfer of know-how and learned about the latest trends in chassis and vehicle dynamics. Innovative research and development activities were presented and constructively discussed for the first time. Renowned speakers from industry and research addressed current developments in chassis, steering, brakes and tires/wheels in their presentations. This is also the case for Dr. Pavel Sarkisov, group leader for vehicle dynamics simulation at TRE GmbH. He presented methods for validating tire and vehicle models for virtual ESC homologation with Volkswagen. TRE was also present off the stage at the world’s leading industry meeting of chassis experts with a joint stand with IAV GmbH.
During the event, we were able to inspire numerous visitors for the model of our new Kinematics & Compliance test stand, which we had exhibited on site. We would like to thank all interested parties for the professional exchange and the stimulating discussions.
