Our offer
- Independent preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Ongoing financial accounting incl. preparation of advance VAT returns and recapitulative statements
- Participation in the solution of tax issues
- Further development of an effective and transparent controlling system
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
- Preparation of decision papers for company management
- Assisting in the definition of measures to optimize results and tracking these measures
- Cost controlling of ongoing projects
- Creation and maintenance of projects in the ERP system
- Support with invoice processing
Your qualification
- Successfully completed business studies or training with appropriate qualifications and relevant professional experience
- Strong business management and analytical thinking and acting skills
- Good knowledge of finance and accounting
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Confident handling of common accounting and ERP systems
- Professional experience in a project-oriented service company desirable
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Good German and English language skills
