He introduced our company TRE to engineering students and not only presented the prospective technicians with up-to-date information on the current situation in the industry, but also shared valuable tips and tricks for a successful application and the subsequent job interview.<\/p>\n<p>The event offered participants an exclusive insight into the requirements and expectations of the industry.<\/p>\n<p>During the applicant training, the focus was on interactive exchange. Mr. M\u00fcller used his extensive experience to simulate practical scenarios for application situations. This enabled the prospective technicians to hone their skills in a safe environment and prepare themselves for the challenges of the job market.<\/p>\n<p>The participants were consistently enthusiastic about the practice-oriented approach of the job application training. The knowledge acquired ranges from the optimal design of application documents to the confident presentation of one&#8217;s own qualifications in a job interview. Mr. M\u00fcller not only imparted the necessary specialist knowledge, but also the crucial soft skills that are essential for a successful career in mechanical engineering.<\/p>\n<p>For many years, Stephan M\u00fcller has been invited by the master school to give lectures. Thanks to this cooperation, several graduates of the technician training program (mechanical engineering and automotive engineering) have already found their way to TRE. We have always had a very positive attitude towards these practice-oriented training courses and are pleased to support the students in their career entry and perhaps offer some of them an interesting job.
