The electromagnetic shock absorber machine (EMA for short) from our partner LABA7 ensures that key success factors in motorsport vehicles are taken into account and the possibilities of suspension technology are expanded.
What is special about LABA7’s EMA?
🔩 Electric actuators and a frequency of 20 kHz achieve higher measurement accuracy (50 nm) for dampers and springs.
💪 EMA testers are available in various sizes/performance levels (from use directly at the race to use in workshops).
🔈 They are quieter and require less maintenance.
🖐 All products, including accessories, are developed and produced from a single source.
✂️ The software is individually tailored to customer requirements.
⚡ Through the use of silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, the test bench generates significantly more power at lower costs, while an intelligent power supply reduces energy consumption.
Through our collaboration with a wide variety of motorsport teams at our test facility, we understand the importance of precise measurements on test benches. With LABA7, we have a strong partner whose innovative damper devices enhance our testing capabilities.
