Our new ERP-System

With its separation from the corporate structure and the split from our former parent company IAV at the end of 2024, TRE faced a key decision: to set up its own ERP system that not only meets our current requirements but also positions us for the long term.

In the past, TRE’s system landscapes were also fragmented: accounting, CRM and HR tools ran separately from each other. Information was distributed, processes were interrupted – and every interface was a potential risk. Today, TRE works in a uniform, integrated system: Munixo.

Data flows together centrally, processes are consistent, and interface problems are reduced to a minimum. In addition, central rights management and clear assignment structures enable roles and authorisations to be controlled centrally – securely, efficiently and transparently.

The decision to go with Munixo is the result of a clear strategic realignment and an intensive evaluation. Against this background, the following aspects in particular convinced us:

Flexibility and adaptability

Munixo can be customised without high additional costs. With the Munixo Design Centre, functions, reports and workflows can be configured independently. This was crucial for TRE in order to efficiently map internal processes such as service billing, incoming documents and project management.

Integration and automation

The platform enables automated processing of support requests, integration of e-invoices and reliable processing of incoming documents. This reduces manual steps and increases transparency.

Future-proof

It was clear to us that TRE needed a solution that supports modern technologies such as cloud hosting, AI integration and automation. Munixo meets these requirements and offers a sustainable perspective for digital transformation.

Working with Novicon as the provider of Munixo guarantees practical implementation and personalised support. For TRE, this was an important factor in ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation.
